Combat, Pump, Balance 都是我非常愛上這的有氧課
可以發洩,可以變瘦和莊(至少我希望會這樣子雖然如果每次晚上運動完之後直接跑去吃宵夜恐怕我只在浪費漢)

上這些課程偶爾也會發現很棒的音樂
平常不會很注意Body Pump 的最後一首歌因為已經覺得累死了而且在忙恭喜自己又一次上完而沒有因為沒力氣提早離開教室.

不過最新的 Body Pump #63 的最後一首歌真的太好聽
